International Sales Support (German Speaking)

Job description

Which role and responsibilities will you have within our team?

We need you to fill a key role supporting the continued growth of our international business and partner network. You will be working within our International Business Department and reporting directly to our Export Department Manager.

You will be involved in all key aspects of the sales process from researching new target markets for our products, through to after sales service.

There will be opportunities for you to develop your role and responsibilities in the future as our business expands.

Specific responsibilities we need you to manage include:

· Supporting all aspects of our sales and marketing activities primarily within German speaking target markets.

· Web-based market research – finding potential new customers in our target markets.

· Preparation and sending of email-based marketing campaigns.

· Follow up of sales leads including preparation of quotations.

· Organisation of equipment demonstrations.

· Support at exhibitions/trade shows.

· Maintenance of data within our CRM system.

· Support with CRM reporting and system process improvements.

· Customer after sales service support.

What are we looking for from you?:

  • You are a native German speaker or highly fluent in the German language. (both written and spoken), as well as possessing good communication skills in the English language.
  • You are a confident individual, who is able to communicate effectively on all levels both with customers and internally within our team.
  • You possess previous experience in a B2B sales environment with a good working knowledge of sales processes and software (CRM & ERP systems).
  • Working in a busy environment you will be enthusiastic, efficient, reliable, with the ability to self-manage your responsibilities, tasks and priorities.
  • Accuracy, a willingness to learn and a pro-active approach in contributing to our team’s success, are key attributes you will bring to this role.

In house training will be provided and promotional opportunities will be available to the right candidate.

Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
