Specially designed angle insulated mounted rollers that incorporate twin angled rollers with high quality bearings to provide a large bend radius. This device is suitable for stringing 11/33kv conductors of up to 330mm² and helps save time by allowing the user to drop the conductor directly onto the centre of the insulator. The rollers have been fully plated finished and constructed with engineering grade Nylatron to prevent conductor damage.

Instructions
Conductor to Insulator – Two Steps in One
Unwind the clamp handle so that the rollers spread under pressure of the conductor allowing it to lay against the insulator whilst maintaining grip on the insulator neck
Continue to unwind the clamp and remove the roller completely
