The Ritelite 300W Vepac charger allows for vehicle to battery pack charging. 2 versions are available, 12V and 24V nominal input with an output of 10A.
This Vepac charger will recharge a 1750 Model RITE-POWER Portable Battery Powered Generator in about 7 hours from flat as long as the vehicle alternator is kept running and will help enable the battery to stay topped up during the day if using multiple times during the day. Larger Battery Powered Generators will take longer and therefore are good top op options if doing multiple jobs throughout the day.
The Vepac charger is designed to be hard wired into a vehicle. They have alternator triggered start and ‘start stop’ function to prevent a reset to the charging as soon as a car engine stops; it allows 15 mins of charge to continue before stopping.
