Technical Sales Support 

This is a new role to support the growth of our international business and partner network. Working within our International Business Department and reporting to the Office Manager, this exciting job opportunity offers the right candidate the potential to develop their role in the future as the department expands.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day to day handling of customer enquiries, especially related to technical product support, case management and product repair services
  • Providing technical product support to both customers and the rest of the export team
  • Competitor analysis including preparation of product support and comparison documents
  • Business process improvements including setting up and managing a new “Case Management & Repair System” within our existing CRM software
  • Market Research – finding potential new customer leads
  • Email Marketing Campaigns including follow up

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Customer quotations including follow up
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Organising Freight Shipments including; Dealing with carriers, finding the best pricing for each order, liaising with the warehouse for packing information, making sure carrier is arranged and goods will get to the customer on time
  • Export Documentation
  • Assisting with the organisation of Trade Shows
  • Assisting with general export sales activities

The Candidate

  • We are looking for a confident individual who has the interest and understanding to become the key technical product expert within our busy export department.
  • You possess a sound technical (electrics or mechanical) awareness which will be built-upon through internal product training.
  • A basic understanding of business processes and software (CRM & ERP systems) will be of distinct advantage.
  • Working in a busy environment you will be enthusiastic, efficient, reliable, have a confident and professional telephone manner and be competent with using computer systems.
  • Accuracy, a willingness to learn and a pro-active enthusiastic approach to working are key attributes required for this role.
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure.

In house training will be given and promotional opportunities will be on offer to the right candidate.

Hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Lighting Sales Person 

With an excellent reputation for customer service and a long standing history of supplying lamps and lighting solutions to Industry, Ritelite (systems) Ltd runs a very busy sales team and has a vacancy within the Prolite Lamps department.

With an excellent reputation for customer service and a long standing history of supplying lamps and lighting solutions to Industry, Ritelite (systems) Ltd runs a very busy sales team and has a vacancy within the Prolite Lamps department.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is part of a small and focused professional Sales team based in our Essendine office. Key responsibilities would include customer account management and development, order taking and processing and complaint handling and other customer service related duties.

We will be looking for the successful candidate to have good communication and team interaction skills, an excellent telephone manner and computer skills and be capable of working to their own initiative. Candidates should also have a flexible working approach.

The ideal candidate would have some experience of working in a Sales environment with a proven track record or have experience of working in a wholesale environment.

The opportunity exists for the right candidate to grow into a Business Development Manager.

The position is 40 hours per week. Hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Sales Administrator 

Ritelite has an excellent reputation for customer service and has a busy sales department with both internal and external sales staff. We are currently looking for a full time, permanent Sales Administrator to join the Utilities sales team.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Initially gaining a sound understanding of the product range and usage
  • Supporting the Field Sales team
  • Producing quotes for the sales staff & customers
  • Monitoring and recording essential information as required
  • Liaise with Purchasing to ensure non-stocked items are purchased as required.
  • Processing sales orders and liaising with the Production Manager to ensure orders are despatched in line with customer requirements.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Answering sales enquiries from both telephone and emails
  • Arranging samples to be sent out
  • Arranging deliveries and collections as required

Experience Required

  • Working in a busy environment you will be enthusiastic, efficient, reliable, have a confident and professional telephone manner and be competent with using Excel and Word.
  • A Proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to offer quick cost effective solutions as well as identifying the longer term solution for the future will be an important attribute.
  • Working in a busy, open plan office the ability to focus on ones own work diligently will be crucial.
  • Secretarial skills would be an advantage.
